QC Program Tiering

Developed an automated "aspirational pathway" for Viki's subtitling volunteers, "Qualified Contributors." Used as a way to segment user, establish levels of trust, and distribute incentives.

Community Landing Page

Designed a one-stop knowledge hub for both new and aspiring volunteers to learn about Viki's Community program, how it powers the Viki VOD ecosystem as well as the program's perks.

Monetization Risk Management

Collaborated on a multi-pronged project to mitigate both community member and subscriber churn due to Viki's new paywalling strategy. Included the development of a content rating system, strategic messaging and third-party contractor.

Masters Program

Scaled Picsart’s brand community from 0:1; focused on retaining artists creating high-quality, high-value assets, like photos and stickers. Members involved in projects and initiatives related to Marketing, Partnerships, Content and Product.

Challenges

Oversaw the programming strategy and operations of Picsart’s in-app design missions. Collaborated strategically with Content, Marketing and Partnerships for high-value and high-profile initiatives, such as with Taylor Swift and BLACKPINK. Also included writing FAQs and strategic messaging.

Help Center Revamp

Spearheaded the redesign of Picsart’s Help Center in order to empower users to self-serve and find information. Collaborated with Support and Design to optimize articles and general Help Center layout.

Forum Launch

Oversaw the vendor management and operational setup of Picsart’s new community forum, hosted on inSided. This forum housed user groups, product ideation and feedback and peer-to-peer learning.
